This is the easiest bar course on the market.
I’m assuming that you’re comparing different bar study options and want to make sure you make the right choice. That’s important because you’re going to spend a lot of your time studying for this, and you don’t want that time to be wasted. So that’s why you need something you can trust to get the job done–the first time. If that’s right, then you got the right spot. First, I know that SmarterReview™ works–and better than the competition–because I’ve passed two bar exams–one using BarBri and one with SmarterReview™. When I used this product I was so impressed, that I literally bought the company.
What sets this course apart is that SmarterReview™ goes beyond telling you everything you might need to know, and cuts straight to what you do need to know. It’s intuitively the ideal way to design a course. But most courses do at least one of two things wrong: they either present you with (a) literally boxes of material; and/or (b) hours of lectures.
Regarding the boxes of material, this is absolutely true: you won’t have time to go through all the Barbri materials–nobody does. I graduated with an awesome class of fellow Harvard alums. They–as I–have made it in this world largely due to our better-than-average study techniques and test taking. From grade school, through high school, and college (and even graduate school), we got ahead because we know tests and test-taking. Not one of the classmates I talked to–or any other Barbri taker I knew–had time for all the books, but almost everyone passed.
Regarding lectures, those are completely unnecessary. Lectures only serve to help you to make a study outline in the form of your notes. Why waste hours in lecture to discover what you need to memorize?
The upshot of both of these mistakes is that they cost you the number 1, most important asset you have in passing the bar: your time.

The NY bar exam–like every other bar exam in the U.S.–is at heart, a memorization test. To pass, you simply have to memorize a body of law and apply it to some questions. The good news, then, is that since anyone can memorize, anyone–regardless of where they went to school–can pass the bar. The bad news is, you can’t get by on just your smarts, you actually have to spend the time to memorize that law.
That’s time you won’t be able to dedicate to work, your family, your freedom, your life. That’s time you have to spend looking at a page of law, memorizing it, and practicing your memory. So unless you want to study 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the best course for you is one that works, and one that works best given how ever much time you decide to devote to study.
That’s where Smarter Review comes in. SmarterReview™ is so great because it cuts what you don’t need, and presents you with what you do in a clear, easy to learn fashion. How do we know what you need to know? First, the New York Bar Board of Bar Examiners tells us and we listen (see http://www.nybarexam.org/Content/ContentOutline.htm). Second, we review each prior test, and key in on what gets tested. Finally, we present the legal points you need to know to pass the bar in clear, easy to learn text. And that’s the heart of the program.
But we don’t stop there. We provide the SmarterReview™ Study Methodology, which further describes the best way to prepare for the bar. And for added confidence, some subscribe to our Unlimited package, which includes essay grading. And on top of that, just to let you in on a littles secret, we’re planning a slew of added features and test-taking confidence builders in the run-up to the February test.
So that’s why you should choose Smarter Review. Now click here to check out our packages page and choose the course that’s right for you!
