| Unfortunately, we cannot advise you whether you are eligible. Only the NY Board of Bar Examiners can give you a definitive answer. You may visit their web page at WWW.NYBAREXAM.ORG |
| What is the SmarterReview pass rate? |
| Like all other Bar Review courses, we cannot accurately collate our pass rate as only the candidates themselves are advised whether they have passed. While many candidates send us an e-mail to advise us they have passed, not all candidates contact us. However, informal online polls on various legal websites such as jdjive.com have held informal polls which have placed SmarterReview top or close to the top of the rankings with a pass rate of approximately 75-80%. |

| In order to keep our prices at a fraction of those of our competitors, we do not have a customer service telephone line. However, you can contact a customer service respresentative via our online contact form (http://www.smarterreview.com/contactus.php), and we will respond immediately via e-mail. If after corresponding with us via e-mail, you would still like to talk to us on the phone, let the representative know and he/she will be happy to call you. |
| Who writes the SmarterReview material? |
| The course has been put together by a team of attorneys, all of whom are in active practice at some of the top firms in the country. Out of respect for the firms we work for and their clients, we have not published our names on the website but are happy to provide this to you upon request. |
| How often is the SmarterReview material updated? |
| The material is updated twice a year after each Bar Exam, although the core of the material generally changes little from exam to exam. |
